No Solution

The app works great. I have purchased versions of 1.2.9 for both my iPad and my iPhone. The only problem I have is that I cannot find the "SOLUTION" tab on the iPad version. I contacted tech support per the instructions on the website over a month ago and still have not received a response. If I can get a response and learn how to access the solution tab on my iPad I would rate the app five stars.
